I am an Iowan who has travelled widely, both in reality and through others I have met.  I love meeting new people and listening to their stories.  I love  partnering in spiritual, professional, and all forms of personal growth. 

 I am the parent of two grown children and despite my best efforts they have become  amazing contributors to the lives of their families and to the world at large.  They are my teachers as are my father and mother and seven brothers and sisters.  Their collective wisdom, passion for education, and everyday trust and respect for others stuns me daily. 

My clients are sales and marketing professionals, project managers, college students, and people like you and me who are looking for ways to enhance our performance at our jobs and in our relationships. 

I believe that we become what we think about and so I practice thinking about abundance and the gifts and talents each of us receives as a blessing.  I believe that companies that are profitable are those that place employees in positions that align with the strengths of the worker.  I believe that thinking without action is a poor substitute for achievement. 

I have many mentors including my husband, my father and my mother.  They all three have blessed me with the opportunity to follow my heart, discover my own wisdom and learn the lessons I have needed to learn without interference.

I graduated from Simpson College with a BA in education and Darke University with an MA in Mass Communication (Public Relations and Advertising).  I currently am an adjunct lecturer in Project Management at Grand View College in Des Moines, Iowa.
